Notice for House Job Training in Dentistry

Applications are invited for House Job Training in Dentistry. All Pass-out students of BDS Final year Annual examination, 2021 are directed to submit application for mandatory House job to the Office of Dental College. Incomplete application or received after due dates will not be entertained.  The New Session of House Job will start from 16^th September, 2022

Last Date submission of application: 23^rd August, 2022 along with the following documents:

1. Three Recent photograph (Passport size)
2. Photocopy of Computerized I.D. Card.
3. Photocopy of Matric Certificate.
4. Photocopy of F. Sc. Certificate.
5. Provisional Registration Certificate (for House Job) by PMC.
6. Photocopy of Provisional BDS Certificate issued by the institute.
7. Photocopy of Four year DMC’s / Mark sheets.
8. Affidavit of Rs. 50/-
