ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SESSION 2025–2026

Deposit Rs. 600,000 in the designated UHS account within the timeframe set by UHS.
If the fee is not deposited on time, the admission offer will be canceled, and the seat will be offered to the next merit candidate.

Obtain the bank challan from LMDC Accounts Office and deposit the balance fee at Bank Alfalah inside the college.

After payment, share proof of payment with LMDC Accounts Office via WhatsApp: 0307-4442266, 0336-7936463, 0323-4985224

Submit joining report and consent for stay, signed and thumb-impressed by candidate and parent, at Accounts Office.
After signatures and stamp, upload the scanned PDF of joining report and payment receipt to the UHS Portal using the student ID.

In case of overseas students judicial stamp paper is required for undertaking/bond that the terms and conditions of admission under this quota will remain applicable and unchanged throughout entire course of study.

Report to college Student Affairs Department with the following documents (originals + attested copies as noted):

Matric / O-Level Equivalence certificate (attested from IBCC)
F.Sc / A-Level equivalence certificate (attested from IBCC)
Domicile certificate
Migration / NOC from Board/University other than Punjab (including Federal Board)
MDCAT result (copy)
Student ID Card & Father’s ID Card (copies)
2 photocopy sets of the above documents
8 passport-size photos (blue background)
2 judicial stamp papers of Rs 300 (attested by Oath Commissioner)
UHS fee deposit receipt
