Lahore Medical & Dental College (LMDC) invites sealed bids from reputed OEMs, authorized distributors/dealers and qualified healthcare equipment suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and after-sales support of medical equipment for LMDC Hospital.

• Diagnostic & therapeutic equipment
• Patient monitoring & critical-care equipment
• Surgical equipment & instruments
• Laboratory & diagnostic equipment
• Medical furniture & ancillary equipment
• Emergency & life-support equipment

Bidders must submit two separately sealed envelopes:

Technical Proposal: Technical compliance, OEM/manufacturer & model details, brochures/datasheets, OEM authorization, applicable DRAP approvals/certifications, relevant experience, after-sales support, warranty and delivery/installation plan.

Financial Proposal: Item-wise prices in PKR, applicable taxes/duties, delivery/installation charges, warranty, delivery timeline, payment terms and minimum 90-days bid validity.

• Brand-new genuine and OEM-refurbished equipment may be offered. For refurbished units, year of manufacture, usage history, refurbishment details, warranty and applicable certifications must be disclosed.
• Bidders may quote for the complete requirement or selected items/categories.
• Technical proposals will be evaluated prior to financial evaluation.
• LMDC reserves the right to seek clarifications, conduct demonstrations/site visits, verify references and accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.
• All deviations must be clearly identified in the Technical Proposal.
